If your order or specific items have not yet been shipped, you can cancel by contacting our customer support team via email at care@jadespaceglobal.com or by calling our helpline at 7987308187 (available Monday–Saturday, 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.). Your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation request.
After Shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact our customer support team at care@jadespaceglobal.com
If the order has been handed over to the courier company, they may still attempt delivery. Please do not accept the delivery. Once we receive the product back and verify its packaging and condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund is issued.
