Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Any item returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned.
A receipt, or proof of purchase, is required to complete your return.
The following circumstances may allow for partial refunds:
– Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts is not due to our error.
– Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at info@jadespaceglobal.com and send your item to the address provided in the instructions email.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
To return your product, send it to the address provided in the instructions email once you contact us for a return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued over Rs 10,000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
